Caroline McMillan —
ESG Specialist
With an educational background in Climate-Smart Farming and Sustainability, Caroline bridges the gap between regenerative poultry production and renewable energy at East Energy to provide our power plants with sustainably sourced poultry litter. She works side-by-side with other members of our team to assist with various aspects of meeting our ESG goals successfully, whether she is in the lab running experiments with Black Soldier Flies to decrease agricultural waste, helping to roll out our Apprenticeship Program to support our growing company, or managing our Poultry Farm (coming online in 2023).
