Elizabeth coordinates a wide variety of development activity at East, including wrangling the wide variety of engineers, surveyors, permit specialists, environmental study and many other professionals needed to get a project ready for prime time. She also manages the workflow of the larger development team, is the lead for public funding applications such as for the USDA REAP program, and coordinates East marketing efforts.
